Hello, I’m Janel Led, a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in being client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges and discover your strengths. I hold an undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology from Ontario Tech University and a Master of Arts in Counselling from Yorkville University. I draw from a variety of evidence-based frameworks, including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches, tailoring my approach to your unique needs.
